HSS 7.12-13.08 - Trip to Copenhagen - 064 Harvard in Scandinavia: July 12-13, 2008 (Copenhagen)
This creature, I'm fairly certain, allows for adjustment of the clock, and keeps it displaying the correct time. The rod exiting the frame upwards continues up through the ceiling, and presumably interfaces with the tower's clock.
