This image gives a sense of scale to the ramparts at Fyrcat, which would originally have been completely encased in wood. Logan is standing directly on the marked post-holes, where the raised wooden road would have been, leading to the gate, which can be discerned as a gap in the remains of the walls at the left of the frame.
